    Hello,Just joined BMWORI am a born-again Motorcyclist, returned about eight years ago.Got the bug in the 70's, however family and other interests got in the way.My last bike(Honda ST1300) was fantastic, I did a lot of NZ touring.About a year ago I purchased a R1200 GS LC 2013, I enjoy day rides and some touring.The odd gravel road is all the adventure I need, the road is more my liking.My riding is more about the journey,  than the destination, Not into endurance riding or any break-neck riding pace.Keen to meet up with like-minded members for rides.

    Welcome to the forum and to the club.There are regular rides organized in the Auckland area, with details posted in the forum and in the club magazine. Many have a gravel road option, but mostly they use sealed roads.
